At Masiya – The Chai Masala Co, by JusBytes Pvt Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we follow a strict no-return policy, with limited exceptions as outlined below.

No Return Policy

All orders placed on www.masiya.co.in are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition (as defined below). As our products are consumable in nature, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards — hence we follow a no-return policy.

Damaged Product Policy (Only Eligible Case)

We will consider a refund/replacement only if the product received is physically damaged during transit.

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
You must share:
- clear images/videos of the damaged package
- order details

Our delivery partners maintain pre-delivery proof (images of package condition)

Claims not supported by evidence or reported after 2 hours will not be accepted

Refund Process

If the claim is verified and approved:

A refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days
Refund will be processed to:
- original payment method
- or as store credit (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

If an order is refused or not accepted at delivery, we reserve the right to:
- refuse future COD orders
- cancel subsequent orders at our discretion

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind
Taste preference
Incorrect usage
Minor packaging wear (without product damage)
